Deletion Policy

In accordance with applicable data protection laws including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to request deletion of your personal data held by Insyssky Softtech Private Limited for the Public Pulse application.

⚠️ Important: Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once processed, your account, all posts, comments, saved content, and personal information will be permanently removed from our systems.

What data will be deleted

Account & Profile: Username, display name, profile picture, bio, and login credentials
Content: All posts, comments, reactions, and shared articles published by your account
Activity Data: Reading history, bookmarks, notification preferences, and app settings
Personal Information: Email address, phone number (if provided), and any other identifiable data
Device Tokens: Push notification tokens and device identifiers linked to your account

Data we may retain (legally required)

Transaction Records: If you made any in-app purchases, billing records may be retained for up to 7 years as required by Indian tax laws
Legal Compliance: Any data required to be retained due to an active legal obligation, court order, or dispute resolution
Anonymized Analytics: Aggregated, non-identifiable usage statistics that cannot be linked back to you

⛔ Non-Recoverable: After deletion is processed, we cannot restore your account, content, or any associated data. Please ensure you have saved anything you wish to keep before submitting this request.
